10 Minute Workout to Lose Belly Fat 1. Hula Hoop
Get a cheap $3 hula hoop. Now all you do is hula hoop for 3 minutes. Ten minutes would be better, but 3 minutes is all you need for this routine. This exercise is great for creating a nice, soft, feminine toned look to the whole waist and hips areas for women.
2. Hindu Squats
