* Consume twenty percent of meat, poultry, seafood and products made from soybeans like tofu, eggs, and cheese.
* Consume thirty to thirty-five percent of baked potato, Mashroom, peanuts, watermelon, and oranges.
* Consume forty to forty-five percent of brown rice, wheat,oatmeal, and bread.
