Its easy to Put on weight for most of us. Eat anything you want , Watch Television , Be a couch potato, do anything but exercise and you may end up as a fat blob. Ever thought how to Build up muscle? Well thats what we are talking about. Around 1998, i was a fat blog. Really fat. Not obese but fat. My work schedule was hectic. Food was anything i could get my hands on at any time. Some times i used to eat 3 times between lunch and dinner. Fatty food, Oil , Fried food (india is a place where you will get samosa’s Bhajjias and Lovely HOT fried food any time of the day). Now fast forward 5 years. I am Thin, Fall sick every second week, Fever, Nausea and a lot of other things which i couldnt cope up with. I was on diet and i had a terrible schedule. I figured out that it was time to do something serious about my physique and that was to get fit.
I had no intentions of building muscle, But as things would turn up, i ended up building one muscle after the other. The toughest one for me was the Abs. It took me a year. i was feeling better, doing great and then i started working out once or twice a week. Again things started to get out of control . Fat for 3 months then work out and get thin for 6 months and then again fat in 3 months … the graph was terrible. while doing this came a book called truth about abs. It caught my eyes . That was around a year and a half ago. Now i go by the book for my full work out. It made me realize only one thing. you will know it if you can answer this question.
